Key Responsibilities- Lead client relationships and deliver high-quality accounting services, including Tax Returns, Accounts, VAT, Payroll, and Corporate Tax
- Advise clients on tax planning and business improvement
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
- Monitor workflow, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on time
- Supervise, train, and support junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any queries and offering tailored advice
- Participate in marketing and networking events to promote the firm's services
- Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting software packages, including XERO and Microsoft
- Strong experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Competitive salary of £38,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
