Job Description
Solution Deployment Team Lead
This is a key role that will truly make a difference. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of implementing one of the largest MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollouts globally.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for your specific domain of competence, ensuring best practice is set and adhered to.
- Day-to-day team management responsibility, including setting objectives, task allocation, and technical guidance.
- Support the development of project plans to influence project timescales.
- Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, such as senior leaders and internal customers, as necessary.
- Develop and prepare technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with associated specifications and relevant standards.
- Provide technical support to key internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
- Collect and review project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly.
- Review RAID logs and escalate as required.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple sites at different stages of deployment within your team.
- Continuously improve internal processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
- Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
- Preferable higher-level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline.
- Willingness to travel.
