Job Title: Solution Deployment Team Lead

Rotork PLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Deployment Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing one of the largest MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollouts globally.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in data analysis and business systems implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering aspects of the rollout to each global site, working closely with the engineering teams globally, and providing guidance and assistance through each phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical leadership for the specific domain of competence, ensuring best practice is set and adhered to
  • Day-to-day team management responsibility, including setting objectives, task allocation, and technical guidance
  • Support the development of project plans to influence project timescales
  • Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, such as senior leaders and internal customers, as necessary
  • Development and preparation of technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with associated specification and relevant standards
  • Provision of technical support to key internal and external stakeholders, as required
  • Communicating project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis
  • Collecting and reviewing project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly
  • Reviewing RAID logs and escalating, as required
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple sites at different stages of deployment within the team
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s)
  • Preferable higher-level education or relevant experience, in an engineering or science discipline, preferable
  • Willingness to travel
