Job Title: Electrical Services Engineer

Adv Technical is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all products meet EU and International Standards (ASTM, EN, IEC, and CSA)
  • Work closely with vendors and Far East suppliers to ensure product ranges meet European and International Standards
  • Manage product testing in the UK through external test houses and internal product testing
  • Oversee the ISO policy and procedures
  • Implement, develop, and manage Company's Internal Quality System in line with business goals ensuring compliance with all relevant EU Directives and Standards
Requirements:
  • Sound technical knowledge of products supplied – Electrical
  • Understanding of BS requirements concerning testing and packaging labelling
  • Confident in dealing with serious issues in a professional manner, responding on behalf of the company supplying correspondence, producing evidence of compliance, etc.
  • Experience of Product Assessment/Evaluation
  • Methodical and organised
  • Attention to detail
