Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our fast-growing company. As a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all digital platforms for the business from a front-end sales, marketing, and customer experience perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate sales and marketing goals into digital strategies, focusing on growth and return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive innovation in digital channels, developing and executing new ideas to enhance search marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the marketing content team, to analyze and improve content marketing performance across various channels.
  • Enhance digital marketing efforts for our marketplace sales portals, including online reviews, feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing on key performance metrics related to ecommerce platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Promote the adoption of our website and app to drive online business growth.
  • Develop innovative features for digital platforms, ensuring alignment between front-end marketing efforts and back-end IT operations.
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of digital channels to meet sales, marketing, and customer experience objectives.
  • Optimize conversion rates and user experience (UX) through continuous usability testing and market research.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing techniques and technologies to maintain leadership in the industry.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
  • Effective organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
