About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis center where you will have the chance to build long-term relationships with patients and their families. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is a plus.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is an asset.
