We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Banqueting Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all conference and banqueting events, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage, train, and recruit a team of events staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee the rota and ensure that all events are staffed accordingly.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure that events are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or events environment.
  • A high level of customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
