Key Responsibilities
- Support the Events and Conferencing Assistant Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and retention
- Contribute to the development and implementation of event strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in leisure or event management
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnights as required
