Job Title: Director of Global Operators Performance & Management

Travelport is a leading travel retail platform that provides innovative solutions for businesses to connect with agencies and travelers. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Operators Performance & Management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and earnings across the Global Operator Channel.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director, Vice President, and Group Vice President of Operator Channel to ensure consistency and alignment across the channel.
  • Lead the development of standardized Channel metrics and performance measurement, and work with regional leads and business development managers to drive consistency on global programs and Travelport strategy.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including finance, tax, company secretarial, and other departments, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective performance management.
  • Identify and introduce new distribution variants and commercial models to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial analysis, sales initiatives, project planning, and business communication.
  • Strong knowledge of P&Ls, decision support analyses, and financial systems.
  • Ability to execute on projects to positively affect commercial outcomes and business benefits.
  • Experience working with different cultures and adapting communication styles to work effectively with global teams.
  • Bachelor of Commerce, MBA, or similar from a recognized university, with excellent written and spoken English.
