SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive team at a popular Hammersmith primary school. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a boy in Key Stage 2, providing tailored support to ensure his emotional and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work 1:1 with a student in Key Stage 2, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Collaborate with the inclusion team and teachers to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • High-calibre degree from a reputable university (ideally in a Psychology-related field)
  • Empathetic and collaborative approach, with a passion for education and student development
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is advantageous
