About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at The Summerhouse in Weston Super Mare. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the pub, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

About the Pub

The Summerhouse is a fantastic community venue, welcoming holidaymakers as well as families. Positioned on a busy through road to Weston, the pub is surrounded by local businesses and residential areas, and is just a stone's throw from the Worle train station.

The Summerhouse is a two-bar operation, split across three levels. The pub is famous for its carvery and freshly made pizzas alongside a classic pub menu offer. The pub is currently trading an average weekly sales of £22k with a 60/40 dry to wet sales mix.
