En este momento, estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Operaciones Regional para supervisar nuestras sucursales en la zona asignada.

El candidato ideal deberá contar con experiencia en la industria automotriz y haber desempeñado funciones como Supervisor de Área o ser un Gerente de Sucursal de Factoría Automotriz con aspiraciones de crecimiento profesional.

Este puesto reportará directamente al Gerente Divisional.

Las responsabilidades incluirán, pero no se limitarán a:

  • Gestión diaria de las operaciones de las sucursales en su área.
  • Evaluación del rendimiento del personal y provisión de retroalimentación y capacitación según sea necesario.
  • Desarrollo de relaciones con los clientes en la zona, comunicándose con el Gerente de Ventas Regional para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
  • Interacción regular con los clientes, ya sea por teléfono o durante visitas a las sucursales, para asegurar su satisfacción y obtener retroalimentación valiosa.
  • Interacción constante y realización de breves sesiones de actualización diaria con todo el equipo de gestión de área.
  • Informar a los Gerentes de Sucursal y otros empleados sobre los objetivos de ventas actuales, promociones y otra información relevante.
  • Asegurar que el control de inventario y las auditorías de las sucursales se realicen de acuerdo con los cronogramas establecidos.
  • Gestión eficiente del inventario, incluyendo la recepción de mercancías, devoluciones de proveedores y clientes en todas las sucursales.
  • Monitoreo y fomento de la eficiencia en las ventas telefónicas dentro de su área.
  • Asegurar que los niveles de servicio en las entregas de piezas sean satisfactorios en todas las sucursales.
  • Resolución de problemas de clientes según sea necesario.
  • Planificación y autorización de las vacaciones del personal de acuerdo con la política de la empresa en todas las sucursales.
  • Reportar y gestionar problemas de personal (todas las cuestiones disciplinarias se manejarán a través del departamento de Recursos Humanos).
  • Cumplimiento de todos los requisitos de salud y seguridad.
  • Asegurar que todas las sucursales realicen chequeos diarios de las furgonetas y resolver defectos reportados.
  • Gestión eficiente y manejo del efectivo en todas las sucursales, cumpliendo con los procedimientos relevantes.
  • Colaboración activa con el control de crédito en relación con las deudas de los clientes (ejecución de informes de deudas vencidas).
  • Cooperación con otras áreas y departamentos en relación con las prácticas de la empresa.
  • Impulsar actividades promocionales en toda el área y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Adherirse a altos estándares éticos y profesionales.
  • Asegurar un alto estándar de limpieza y orden en las sucursales.
  • Asegurar que todos los procedimientos de la empresa se sigan en todo momento.
  • Responsable de la gestión del equipo de ventas en su área.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar las existentes a través de una planificación de ventas bien ejecutada.
  • Organizar a su equipo para llevar a cabo investigaciones de mercado locales y monitorear y reportar información sobre la actividad de la competencia.
  • Lograr un crecimiento acorde con el presupuesto.
  • Gestionar a su equipo de Gerentes de Desarrollo de Negocios (BDM) midiendo su desempeño en función de los KPI establecidos.
  • Responsable de la entrega de promociones de ventas y material de marketing.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
  • Gestionar el rendimiento de su equipo de BDM.

  • Debe ser un líder natural, automotivado y disfrutar trabajar en equipo para lograr resultados.
  • Tener conocimiento del área local y de la base de clientes (deseable pero no esencial).
  • Demostrar una capacidad comprobada para gestionar y hacer crecer a sus reportes directos.
  • Poseer una excelente conciencia comercial con la capacidad de aprovechar los datos de informes para impulsar el crecimiento y el margen.
  • Buen conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Excel.
