About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations Senior Manager to join our Liberty Global team in Bradford. As a key member of our Legal Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining excellence in client delivery, driving change through technology, and developing talent within the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor and/or experienced Senior Legal Manager to lead a team of legal professionals, drive their development and engagement, and be responsible for client delivery across a defined portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of legal professionals, driving their development and engagement through direct and indirect management.
  • Client Delivery: Be responsible for client delivery across a defined portfolio of services, including Property and Damage claims, Employers Liability and Public Liability Personal Injury claims, Criminal Streetworks Prosecutions, Debt recovery claims, Real Estate support, Wayleave acquisition, and Consumer litigation claims.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of service is being provided to our clients, through regular service reviews and good stakeholder engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure service compliance in line with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Resource Management: Manage the input demand from clients, the workflow cycle, and ensure appropriate resource levels.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Essential: Qualified Solicitor and/or experienced Senior Legal Manager, Legal team management experience, Technical knowledge, Strong stakeholder management skills, and Change and transformation experience.
  • Desirable: Understanding of legal technology, Presentation skills, Commercial approach, and Data analytics.
