Job Overview

As a Site Maintenance Engineer at GoTeq Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and safety of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct pest control work and collaborate with contractors to maintain a pest-free site.

* Manage contractor control, including arranging permits for working at height and hot work.

* Assist in building and service repairs, as well as operate fork-lift trucks as needed.

* Contribute to general day-to-day maintenance of the building and grounds, including light fittings, painting, gardening, and construction work.

* Monitor and remove factory waste, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activity.

Requirements:

* Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and machinery requirements.

* Familiarity with electrical systems and logic controllers.

* Proficiency in computer literacy and CMMS experience (Agility or Piranha preferred).

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000

Benefits:

* Monday to Thursday: 8am-4pm
