Job Title: Social Media Director

Majorplayers is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Director to lead our brand experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and results for our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful social media campaigns for big brands, ideally in FMCG, Tech, Travel, or Hospitality. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing high-profile client relationships, overseeing always-on social campaigns from inception to delivery, and collaborating with the wider team to stay ahead of the latest social trends and tech innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and results
  • Manage and nurture high-profile client relationships
  • Oversee always-on social campaigns from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with the wider team to stay ahead of the latest social trends and tech innovations

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Director with social first expertise
  • Strong track record in delivering successful social media campaigns for big brands, ideally in FMCG, Tech, Travel, or Hospitality
  • Exceptional client management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring junior team members
