Job Title: Social Media Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Director to lead our social media campaigns across various clients and sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple social media campaigns across a range of clients and sectors, including beauty, travel, FMCG, and pharmaceutical.
- Manage at least one member of the wider social media team, providing leadership, inspiration, and motivation.
- Provide regular feedback and build a trusted relationship with your team, nurturing them to challenge the status quo and achieve measurable improvements.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth by integrating social content and product services within organic growth and new business opportunities.
- Deliver innovative, strategic responses to client challenges, meeting their business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working in social media at a senior level, either at an agency or in-house.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior stakeholders within a team environment.
- Expert knowledge of all social media channels and their integration within the marketing-communications mix, with a strong interest in the evolving trends of the social media landscape.
