**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and working closely with our chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and cook a variety of desserts to the highest standards
  • Work closely with our chefs to develop new dessert menus and recipes
  • Ensure that all desserts are presented to a high standard and are served in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve our dessert offerings

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
