IT Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resourcing & Candidate Consultant to join our team at Informed Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing contractor availability to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities- Pre-screen candidates before interview for suitability
- Conduct interviews and keep in regular contact to review progress, performance, and availability
- Coach candidates on interview skills and skills testing
- Manage contractor availability to meet client needs
- Market candidate and search/shortlist candidates in line with job requirements
- Ensure CVs are of a suitable standard and reflective of requests
- Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications
- Perform internal administration duties
