About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Informed Recruitment Limited. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing contractor availability to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-screen candidates for suitability and conduct interviews
  • Keep in regular contact with candidates to review progress, performance, and availability
  • Coach candidates on interview skills and skills testing
  • Manage contractor availability to meet client needs
  • Market candidates and search/shortlist candidates in line with job requirements
  • Ensure CVs are of a suitable standard and reflective of requests
  • Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications
  • Perform internal administration duties
