Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Compensation: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company vehicle

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Coverage Area: Doncaster, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Wakefield and surrounding regions

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development and territory management, navigating a diverse array of sectors and clients within the confectionery OOH landscape. From local favorites to regional leaders, you will be essential in our growth strategy, establishing connections and fostering relationships along the way.

As our Business Development Manager, your objective is straightforward: to enhance sales and optimize distribution by cultivating key partnerships with decision-makers across the OOH spectrum. Candidate Profile:

  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset; the ideal candidate will thrive in OOH through determination and resilience
  • Prior experience engaging with clients in OOH/Foodservice channels
  • Proven track record in sales and acquiring new business
  • A full, manual UK or international driving license held for a minimum of 1 year
