Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of various projects aligned with MandM's business objectives, utilizing a mixed waterfall/agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects
  • Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Project management certifications, preferably in waterfall and agile methodologies
  • ~5+ years of project management experience, including IT and non-IT focused projects
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, or Trello
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and in-house software development teams
  • Digital project management experience is highly desirable
