Mass Litigation Team Opportunity

Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our Mass Litigation Team. This role involves handling complex legal cases, including personal injury, financial loss, and breach of contract disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, collaborating with the team on pre-litigation and litigation cases.
  • Gain hands-on experience in ASPIC and the Court of Session, developing expertise in court work.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct liability investigations, gather witness statements, and coordinate with medical experts.
  • Represent clients in court, working closely with Counsel to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:
