Mass Litigation Team Opportunity

Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our Mass Litigation Team. This role offers a unique chance to work on complex legal cases, including personal injury, financial loss, and breach of contract disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, collaborating with the team on pre-litigation and litigation cases.
  • Gain hands-on experience in ASPIC and the Court of Session, developing expertise in courtroom procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Conduct liability investigations, gather witness statements, and coordinate with medical experts.
  • Represent clients in court, working closely with Counsel to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE, with experience in a varied personal injury background.
  • Familiarity with data breach claims and breach of contract disputes is desirable.
  • Ability to commute to either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office, with flexibility to travel for team meetings.
