- Proven experience in planning and programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of planning practices, tools, and techniques, including 4D planning and visualisation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of planners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
