We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team in Scotland and the North of England. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading the planning function on our Scottish frameworks and projects in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to drive programme delivery and productivity improvements.
  • Lead a team of planners to deliver high-quality planning services and ensure the integration of planning tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial and contract strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of 4D planning and visualisation techniques to enhance programme delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of the planning team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in planning and programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expert knowledge of planning practices, tools, and techniques, including 4D planning and visualisation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of planners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
