Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Kleboe Jardine Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality metrics and plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Lead quality improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence
  • Facilitate risk management activities, including FMEAs and risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including SOPs and work instructions
  • Provide coaching and guidance on quality topics to production and engineering teams
  • Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including FMEA and risk assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to write and review technical documents
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
