Exciting Opportunity for an IFA Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFA administrator to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the financial services industry and has a strong background in administration. You will be working with a highly regarded IFA firm that specializes in all aspects of savings, investments, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the financial planning team
  • Assist with the preparation of investment reports and client documents
  • Manage client data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an IFA practice
  • Knowledge of investment products, ISAs, pensions, and bonds
  • Confident and competent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Any financial services qualifications are desired
