Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Tile Adhesives

Job Summary:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Tile Adhesives to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of high-quality wall and floor adhesives, grouts, silicones, ancillary products, and levelling compounds to builders merchants and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field sales role, selling a comprehensive range of high-quality wall and floor adhesives, grouts, silicones, ancillary products, and levelling compounds
  • Focus on selling to builders merchants and retailers, with a smaller element of dealing with contractors
  • Adhere to the company's high process-led CRM system and daily reporting of progress
  • Conduct on average 4/5 appointments per day, with 1 day per week spent in the office/working from home on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Must have external field sales experience in the construction industry
  • Ideally from a tile-related products background, but open to other building products/materials backgrounds
  • Comfortable with reporting on a daily basis and using a CRM system
  • Commercially aware, team player, fun, new business hunter, strong relationship builder, loyal, and stable background
