About the Role

Cranstoun is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Case Manager - Intervention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering case management interventions across Herefordshire & Worcestershire, as part of the Drive Project.

Drive Project Overview

The Drive Project is an innovative national initiative that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. This project combines case management of perpetrators with a coordinated multi-agency response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to proactively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change, and link to complementary services.
  • Work alongside existing agencies to design a coordinated, intervention plan addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.
  • Collaborate with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including multi-agency partners, to ensure a cohesive and effective response to perpetrators.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to address complex needs and risks associated with perpetrators.

Requirements

  • Passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users, preferably within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse, and offending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with perpetrators and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex needs and risks.
