Building Control Surveyor Opportunity

We are partnering with a top-tier surveying firm in South East London/Kent to recruit a Building Control Surveyor for a permanent position.

This is a full-time role with a salary band of £50,000 – £70,000 (dependent on experience) and a flexible start date.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking plan checks on refurbishment and new build projects, including low and high-rise buildings
  • Providing expert knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 to inform construction processes
  • Collaborating with clients and identifying business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience with the Building Safety Act 2022
  • Proven track record in plan checks of designs

Desirable skills and qualifications:

  • RICS membership
