Warranty Administrator

**Job Summary**
Jago Consultants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, check, and process all claim information in accordance with manufacturer conditions.
- Receive and input all job cards with agreed warranty items, producing warranty invoices and transmitting them to warranty providers.
- Investigate and resolve any claims rejected by warranty providers.
- Return documentation for rejected warranty items for re-costing by service administration.
- Investigate and query unsettled and short-paid claims, assessing their causes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and minimum standards, as well as statutory requirements, including trading standards, fire, health, and safety.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
45 hours per week, with a 40-hour week also considered with a pro-rata salary.
