Job Summary

Ambitious Compliance Manager sought by AJ FOX COMPLIANCE to join their team in a Top 100 Law Firm in Oxford. This role is perfect for someone with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes gained from compliance positions within a law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on CDD requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Order Forms (SOFs), and background checks.
  • Manage client onboarding software and review incoming reports.
  • Manage client/matter inception processes, respond to queries, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver firm-wide AML and CDD training.
  • Assist in AML and file opening risk assessments, along with conflicts of interest checks.
  • Advise on Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and sanctions.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
