The Role

We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and a Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy and facilitate the growth of our business. Initially, you will be assigned to a project covering the Surrey/Sussex area or work from our HQ assisting in various projects. The projects will be in the civils space and likely with Tier 1 Main Contractors. Flexible working will be possible, but this will change from project to project subject to the clients' wishes.

Responsibilities
  • Civils sector experience is preferable.
  • We are looking for someone with a desire to work in a hybrid role.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • NEC experience is essential.
  • Consultancy experience is desired but not essential.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Understanding of tendering and procurement processes would be a great asset.
  • You must be presentable and articulate.
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven time management skills are required.
  • Commercial acumen is essential.
  • A work-winning attitude is necessary.
