Permanent Quantity Surveyor Role - Hybrid

Caval Limited is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of numerous leisure and hospitality projects across the UK.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cost management and procurement for projects
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Manage project budgets and ensure expenses are within financial constraints
  • Monitor and predict construction expenses

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying

  • Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
