Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall project management governance across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Define and maintain the standard project management methodology and process, fostering best practices.
  • Lead and manage the PMO team, ensuring they support and enhance project delivery.
  • Develop the PMO team's skills and behaviours through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Be accountable for all project documentation and work with the Quality team to ensure efficiencies and appropriate document control.
  • Act as the accountable owner for all active projects and provide clear, concise briefings to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
  • Oversee project resourcing and pipeline management for efficient project allocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications in Project and/or Change Management.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Agile, other).
  • Proven experience delivering projects and change management initiatives.
  • Experience delivering high-quality service to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience measuring project performance and resource alignment.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, planning, and budgeting projects and change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to assess against bespoke business needs.
