- Be accountable for all project documentation and work with the Quality team to ensure efficiencies and appropriate document control.
- Act as the accountable owner for all active projects and provide clear, concise briefings to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
- Oversee project resourcing and pipeline management for efficient project allocation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications in Project and/or Change Management.
- Project Management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Agile, other).
- Proven experience delivering projects and change management initiatives.
- Experience delivering high-quality service to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience measuring project performance and resource alignment.
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Proficiency in forecasting, planning, and budgeting projects and change initiatives.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to assess against bespoke business needs.
