The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and squads to drive forward our company strategy. Your expertise will help us make sense of our vast data and deliver insights that will inform our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage, then use that to drive improvements that our customers care about
  • Design and evaluate metrics to measure progress towards our product strategy
  • Establish performance reports to relevant teams and executives
  • Help design experiments and validate the results
  • Support the data specification of events and properties we collect across our product surfaces
Requirements
  • 4+ years working within a consumer-focused data analytics team, ideally B2C
  • A great communicator, comfortable working directly with and managing stakeholders in commercial, engineering, product, and marketing teams
  • Experience in reviewing large, complex data sets and producing clear actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Professional experience using an advanced level of SQL to manipulate large data sets (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)
  • Proficiency with Thoughtspot or any other data visualization tool
