Retail Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to achieve maximum direct selling time and effective handling of sales enquiries.
- Lead and develop sales executives to adopt a structured approach and ensure they are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Resolve operational issues in a customer-centric manner and establish administrative procedures to support the smooth handling of business and sales records.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of key success drivers, including business growth, net profit, and cost control. You will also need to have strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer satisfaction and loyalty, and the ability to negotiate at all levels.
We are looking for individuals who are hands-on leaders, financially aware, and able to work effectively under pressure. Motor industry experience is preferable, but not essential. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
