Workshop Controller Opportunity

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our client's prestigious main dealership in the Hindhead area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the daily management of the workshop, ensuring efficient processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue work to technicians, taking into account loading and customer commitments.
  • Ensure workshop processes meet retail, internal, and warranty guidelines.
  • Oversee the issuing and progressing of Sales Department preparation work.
  • Provide regular updates on work progress, highlighting potential concerns and taking preventative measures.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Master Technician, Workshop Controller, or Service Manager in a main dealership.
  • Confidence and strong understanding of workshop processes, with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Full driving licence.
