Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute impactful communication strategies that resonate with the company's goals and bolster its brand identity.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure uniform messaging across all communication platforms.
- Evaluate and assess the success of communication initiatives and implement necessary modifications.
- Generate, oversee, and enhance digital content for the company's website, blogs, newsletters, and other online channels.
- Partner with designers, writers, and other collaborators to create compelling content that captivates and informs the target audience.
- Guarantee that all digital content is optimized for search engines and follows industry best practices.
- Devise and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to amplify the company's online visibility and interaction.
- Oversee social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and trends to refine strategies and expand reach.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Craft and disseminate press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials.
- Coordinate and manage media events, press briefings, and interviews to highlight the company's projects and successes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, particularly in digital content and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective communication strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
- Experience in media relations and public relations.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
