Senior Customer Experience Engineering Manager

Job Summary:The Senior Customer Experience Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers world-class support to our top Azure customers. You will work closely with engineering teams across Azure to resolve complex technical issues and drive operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' success and contribute to the growth of Microsoft's cloud business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across Azure to drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Manage and develop a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud computing and engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and leading technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices such as Agile and Lean.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, including Azure.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
