About the Role

As a Strategic Insights Consultant, you'll work closely with our clients to develop innovative solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in leveraging problem-solving skills and frameworks will be instrumental in delivering insights that inform client decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions to client business problems using advanced problem-solving skills and frameworks
  • Conduct market research and desk research to derive insights and contribute to client decision-making
  • Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software
  • Communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
  • Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on project aspects
  • Support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client – risk and issue mitigation
  • Drive project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
  • Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities
  • Guide and mentor Associates on teams
Qualifications
  • PhD with a bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field. In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience may substitute. A demonstrated record of academic success is required.
  • Post-qualification experience in consultancy, working specifically in a scientific or life sciences function.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative

  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
