As a Strategic Insights Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team that leverages cutting-edge analytics and problem-solving frameworks to drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic solutions for clients and project teams, leveraging advanced analytics and data management skills.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to clinical data sources, providing insights for Clinical Trial Optimization.
  • Represent R&D business in Clinical Trial Optimization, driving innovation and business case development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business users and leaders, delivering client presentations and driving business growth.
  • Manage and advise on clinical needs assessment and requirements gathering, meeting with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements.
  • Drive methodology and frameworks for Clinical Trial Optimization solutions, advising on clinical business process enhancements.
  • Coach and mentor teams, developing training programs to contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees in business, medical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields.
  • 4-8 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact.
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset, self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, and aptitude for team leadership.
