Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Bath. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
