We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant and friendly team at Everyman Cinema. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Venue & Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, manage stock, and oversee social media marketing efforts.
- A competitive salary of up to £31,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
