Job Title: Global Regulatory Policy Manager

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a highly skilled Global Regulatory Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs function, you will play a critical role in shaping the global regulatory environment and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert interpretation and advice on regional legislation, guidelines, and policies to support GSK's biopharmaceutical portfolio.
  • Develop and implement advocacy plans to accelerate innovation in selected countries and regions.
  • Support the use of facilitated regulatory pathways to expedite approval of new products.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies, government, and trade associations to advance GSK's interests.
  • Liaise with regional and central GRA teams to discuss emerging intelligence and participate in implementation teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, with knowledge of drug development processes and regional regulatory environments.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory policy and advocacy, with ability to translate complex regulations into simple messages.
