The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Executive to join our growing Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a fully integrated marketing communications plan across the firm to support all business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Rebranding Efforts: Assist in the delivery of our rebranding strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
  • Internal and External Communications: Develop and execute internal and external marketing communications, including articles, social media content, website updates, and press releases.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and creative content for various channels, including articles, social media, website, intranet, and press releases.
  • Internal Communications Strategy: Create and execute an internal communications strategy to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Intranet Management: Develop, manage, and maintain the firm's new intranet platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and informative.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Event and Presentation Support: Assist with communications for events, presentations, and social media, ensuring a consistent brand message.
  • Media Relations: Develop relationships with relevant media contacts, as needed.
  • Brand Development: Contribute to the development of the company brand and messaging, ensuring it is consistent and compelling.
  • Marketing Trends and Developments: Stay up-to-date with new marketing trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our communications strategy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including coordinating invoice records, updating budgets, and other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree-level educated, with a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience.
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in writing content and producing marketing material, with a strong understanding of both hard copy and digital marketing communications.
  • SEO and Analytics: Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with metrics/analytics, evaluating the effectiveness of communications using data.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Express (not essential).
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Effective prioritization of workload and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
