HR Operations Manager - Scotland (HYBRID - Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh)

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR team through a period of growth and integration. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in establishing operational excellence and streamlining processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, payroll data integration, and consolidate terms and conditions across multiple entities. Develop strategic programs to align employee data and streamline processes.
  • Business-as-Usual: Oversee cyclical HR processes, maintain accurate documentation, ensure HRIS data integrity, and manage a benefits portal. Handle escalations for HR operational matters.
  • Strategic Programs: Lead the migration of legacy systems, consolidate payrolls, and contribute to broader strategic HR initiatives.
  • Team Development: Foster a high-performing HR operations team through supportive management and career development.
  • Confidential HR Services: Handle complex and confidential HR matters, including payroll instructions and legal agreements.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate data reporting, collaborate with HRIS providers, and support internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • HR qualification
  • Experience managing HR operations for 1,000+ employees
  • Strong data management and problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership and development experience
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions
  • Ability to manage regulatory and legislative compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
