Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer - Building Services to join our team on a major project located in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of engineering tasks in the initial planning and design phase of projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project support groups, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engineering Deliverables: Perform engineering calculations, prepare specifications, conduct analyses, testing, and issue reports, while maintaining related data.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, quantity, and completeness of assigned engineering tasks, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering software and applications, and continually upgrade technical knowledge and capabilities.
  • Communication: Express ideas clearly, listen effectively to others, and maintain timely and accurate oral and written technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree Qualified or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in highly regulated industries, delivering projects of over £1 million, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Security Clearance: Eligible for UK SC security clearance.
