We are seeking newly qualified ASYE's to join our dynamic locality team at Wakefield Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to children and families, working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of up to 15 cases in your first year of employment, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Participate in our comprehensive ASYE programme, receiving protected time for training and development.
  • Collaborate with experienced practitioners and children and family workers to deliver restorative ways of working.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised plans, working closely with children, families, and partner agencies.
  • Engage in regular supervision and peer support to ensure high-quality practice.
