Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Electronics Development Engineer to become part of our innovative team at the Silverstone Facility. In this position, you will play a key role in the design and development of electronic hardware for both on-car and off-car systems. At Andretti Global, we promote a collaborative environment where every member's contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for electronic hardware utilized in on-car and off-car systems
  • Specify instrumentation for both on and off-car applications
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance the performance of electronic systems
  • Define the architecture of car electronics systems
  • Diagnose and resolve faults within electronic systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Experience in both analogue and digital electronic circuit design
  • Proficient in PCB schematic design
  • Familiarity with motorsport data logging systems
  • Experience with automotive electronic systems and sensing technologies
  • Strong IT skills and capability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
