About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding team at PHS Group Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers to target with our products and services
  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers to promote and sell our offerings
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Overcome objections and negotiate deals to secure new business
  • Nurture and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and determination to achieve results
